This 5,000 square foot Villa provides you all the luxury you desire in a vacation home. The Master bedroom have a King bed, private bathroom, walking closet and air conditioned, private balcony and perfect ocean view. The three other suites have two double beds each, private bathroom, walking closet and air conditioned. For your convenience there are two large wood stairs to reach the bedrooms on the second floor. In addition of the air conditioned many high velocity fans keep this area cool and comfortable. |

You will find in the village several gift shops, restaurants, and a well stocked grocery store, dive centers, fishing, sailing and other water sport providers. What's There to Do? There are lots of options. PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY:
An initial deposit of 50% is required to hold your reservation.
The remaining 50% is paid upon arrival only. The deposit is paid by wire transfer to our bank in Costa Rica. The remaining is payable with travelers checks or preferably cash.
There is a refundable security deposit of five hundred dollars ($500 US) for short term rental, to be paid when you arrive. This is to cover any damage due to negligence, or items missing on the property (a credit card voucher can be used). The security deposit vary according to the length of stay.
REFUND POLICY:
Written cancellation and refund request notice received by Villa Del Sol less than 60 days before your proposed arrival date will be eligible for a voucher equal to 50% of the deposit. This voucher may be used as credit toward a future booking with the same villa, and must be used within the next 18 months.
